  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales ideally in real estate or property management/development
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • UAE Valid Driver’s License
  • RERA Card (preferred but not required)

Your CV will be based upon the criteria set out for ideal candidates. Phone Screening – Generally an informal phone call which can last anywhere from 5-10 minutes, which is really a ‘get-to know-you’ phone call. Afterwards, the HR will be scheduling your Interview. Interview – With the CEO or Directors of the company. The interview will focus on your experience and the skills you have developed in your previous roles/companies. If you pass this interview, our HR will send you a draft offer letter via Email. We will schedule a formal meeting with the operations manager. Afterwards, we will be introducing you to the team prior to your official date of joining.
